That is so powerful and really sums up how I feel (about myself) this year as I have been enthusiastically getting back in the live music ring after 5 or 10 years in the wilderness. At the ripe young age of 35, what I would suggest to any musicians is to reject the model that music is a young person's game. This is crap. Make up your own rules and show 'em how it's done.
