<description>I used to play sax in Melbourne up to the mid-1990s with bands like Man Friday and others. As a matter of fact, I think of myself as only starting to slowly get a handle on the instrument after having briefly jammed with Dean Hilson and the Sidewalks in Bourke Street in 1986. That was a huge inspiration for me. Dean was already incredible back then, of course.

After many years of not playing I have just recently decided to get back into it. I&#039;ve also been asked to play with the bassist Steve Hunter up here in Sydney and so went on a feverish search for some practicing ideas that could help me get back to a good standard of playing quickly, given a mighty consistent effort, of course. I then came across this website. The posts have been invaluable.

Thanks and keep up the good work.
